11. Dynamic characteristics

PD =CPD × VCC2 × fi + ∑ (CL × VCC2 × fo) where:
fi = input frequency in MHz;
fo = output frequency in MHz;
CL = output load capacitance in pF;
VCC = supply voltage in Volts.
