This new test clip is designed for testing .150” (3,81) wide, 14 pin SOIC chips. Model 5413 SOIC Clip® test clip has

a positive locking feature that assures a secure connection to all chip leads and provides hands-free testing.

The compact design permits testing on adjacent chips on densely populated boards.

• Square pins .025” (0,63) provide access points for individual pin testing or the use of individual .025” (0,63) square

pin connectors.

• Can be used with flying leads for multiple connections.

• Molded barriers between each contact allows connections to be made without accidental shorting of adjacent

contacts.
